Review the present telephone system and network
Interview staff and management to understand how the systems are
presently used and their immediate and long term goals
Design request for proposal for the telephone system and/or network
and send request to qualified telephone system and network
vendors
Schedule and attend vendor presentation with client
Facilitate client in the decision-making process
Negotiate contract with vendor
With the client and vendor, develop the implementation schedule for
both the system and network
Handle any vendor problems during the implementation process
Provide continuing assistance and problem resolution after
completion of installation
